How to replace a flow turbine on an ideal logic and logic plus Combi boiler .Just come to change a flow turbine on an ideal logic so we have our new flow turbine here , right so we are going to take the condensate trap out now, this is the old design trap with a nut on the bottom its a better design than the new ones because you can clean these ones out so we are going to turn water off on boiler here , we are going to take Hall effect sensor off now ideal boilers to take flow turbine off you need to turn this to the right place and it just clips off, need to get it to right place, so now we need to undo flow turbine these are not always that easy to get out , now we are going to put new back in its place , its quite an easy repair on a logic but you must use someone gas safe Registered as it will need checking for safety afterwards with flue gas analyser , so this is the old flow turbine , if you notice you can see it cracked , now we put hall sensor back ,now to check it and make sure its all working.
