Home » How To Connect Salus SQ610RF Quantum Wireless Smart Home Thermostat

SQ610RF In today’s video I’m going to show you how to connect your Salus SQ610RF Smart thermostat to your Salus Smart Home Network. This is part of the Salas Smart Home range. Power up your Smart thermostat by holding down the tick button until the screen lights up. The screen will now display the language. Select the keys up and down to choose the language that you require and then click on the tick button. It will then display connect to network. Press the tick button. Go onto your Salas Smart Home app on your phone or your PC. If we just click on the three lines, click onto settings, click on setup equipment and then all we need to do there is scan for equipment. And this could take 60 seconds or so and then we can see there that the firmestat has been found. Click onto firmestat, connect equipment and then we can name the equipment. So on this I’m just going to put room thermostat.
Next and then just click on finished and then we can see that that’s now on the app. We can now connect the thermostat to the boiler receiver. So if we just click into the thermostat on the white dot, click on the white dot and it gives us some options there so we can connect to a wiring centre, radiator, TRVs, smart plugs, smart relays or we can click on more and then we just click on boiler receiver and then we’re just going to click on next.
It will tell you, it will ask you to be patient. That could take a few minutes just to connect to the boiler receiver.
The next step now, would you like it to run a default schedule? I’m just going to click no for the purpose of this video and we’re going to put it into a 24 hour format.

So that completes the setup, we can now test. So now what I’ll do is I’ll just turn the firmestat up on the app.

Just turn it up to 35 and then what we’ll see, it will fire the boiler up.

Part of the it600 series.

Just do that click and the boiler has come on. So we know that the thermostat is now working with the receiver. That wraps up today’s video, I hope you found it useful.
